<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burner that causes a low gas pressure drop while providing for a homogeneous mixing of fuel and gas.SOLUTION: A mixing and injection device comprises: a limiting wall defining a gas-flow channel; and at least two streamlined bodies 22, each extending in a first transverse direction into the gas-flow channel. Each of the streamlined bodies has two lateral surfaces arranged substantially parallel to the main flow direction. The lateral surfaces are joined to one another at the upstream sides thereof to form a leading edge of the body, and joined at the downstream sides thereof to form a trailing edge of the body 22. Each of the streamlined bodies 22 has a cross-section perpendicular to the first transverse direction 49, the cross-section being shaped as a streamlined profile. At least one of the streamlined bodies 22 is provided with a mixing structure and at least one fuel nozzle. At least two of the streamlined bodies 22 have different lengths along a first flow direction.</p> |
