<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable confidential documents to be shared with good operability.SOLUTION: In a document management system, a document management device 100 performs: a document operability check processing function in which document operability is checked on the basis of whether or not a user is stored in an owner table as an owner at the time of check-out; a document operability check processing function for determining whether or not the user is capable of performing check-in of the document on the basis of whether or not the user is stored in a document status table as a stored check-out user at the time of check-in, or whether or not an input password matches a password stored in a client control table; and a check processing function of whether or not the document is subject to document control, on the basis of whether or not the user is stored in the client control table as a client when the user opens a downloaded document, or whether or not an input password matches a password stored in the client control table.</p> |
