PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress rapid fluctuations in output by limiting a facility capacity of a power storage device, controlling a state of charge (power storage) (SOC) of the power storage device most suitably, and securing the power storage capacity of the power storage device in both charge and discharge directions in a distribution power supply device formed by combining a renewable energy generation apparatus and the power storage device.SOLUTION: The present power storage rate Cr(%) of a power storage device, and the present power generation output rate Wpr(%)of a renewable energy generation apparatus are detected, the power storage rate Cr(%) and the power generation output rate Wpr(%) of the renewable energy generation apparatus are compared with each other, and interconnection output to a power system of a distribution power supply device is controlled so that the power storage rate Cr(%) and the power generation output rate Wpr(%) of the renewable energy generation apparatus become equal to each other. |
