<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw having high response capability to production efficiency and market needs, and capable of determining higher movable amounts for two nuts.SOLUTION: An inner ball screw mechanism of a ball screw has a screw shaft 1 having a spiral thread groove 1a on its outer peripheral face, an inner nut 2 having a thread groove 2a opposed to the thread groove 1a of the screw shaft 1 on its inner peripheral face, and a plurality of inner balls 3 rollably disposed on a spiral inner ball rolling path formed by the thread groove 1a of the screw shaft 1 and the thread groove 2a of the inner nut 2. An outer ball screw mechanism is provided with a spiral thread groove 3a on an outer peripheral face of the inner nut 2, and has an outer nut having a thread groove 5a opposed to the thread groove 4a of the inner nut 2 on its inner peripheral face, and a plurality of outer balls 6 rollably disposed on a spiral outer ball rolling path formed by the thread groove 4a of the inner nut 2 and the thread groove 5a of the outer nut 5.</p> |
