Disclosed is an apparatus for recycling waste heat of a maritime structure. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for recycling waste heat of a maritime structure includes a first heat absorbing unit for absorbing heat generated by driving an engine; a boiler where a first heat medium, heat-exchanged in the first heat absorbing unit, and fresh water, supplied from a fresh water supplying unit, are mixed; a second heat absorbing unit to which a second heat medium of the boiler is supplied, and absorbs heat generated by driving the engine; a waste heat supply unit where a third heat medium, heat-exchanged in the second heat absorbing unit, is supplied; and a pressure dropping unit for dropping the pressure of the third heat medium discharged from the second heat absorbing unit.
