<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planetary gear train of an automatic transmission for a vehicle, which improves mountability by reducing the whole length and reduces fuel consumption by improving power transmission performance.SOLUTION: A planetary gear train of a transmission gear for a vehicle according to the present invention is configured by combining: three single pinion planetary gear sets arranged dividedly to a first shaft and a second shaft arranged in parallel with each other through a fixed interval; three circumscriptive gears for gear-coupling three rotary elements of a first planetary gear set to rotary elements selected from rotary elements of a second planetary gear set and a third planetary gear set; and five friction elements for selectively coupling the rotary elements of the first planetary gear set, the second planetary gear set and the third planetary gear set and selectively coupling the rotary elements to a transmission housing, to realize a shift stage of advancing 8 speeds and retreating one speed, excellent in actuation conditions of the friction elements and a step ratio.</p> |
