An RF(Radio Frequency) transmitting and receiving system is provided to minimize the mounting area by efficiently arranging component parts, and maintaining stable performances by suppressing interference between the component parts. An RF process unit(132a) is surface-mounted on a substrate to process an RF transmitting and receiving signal. A spacer part(192a) is positioned around the RF process unit to provide a gap region of a predetermined thickness. A metal layer is formed on a surface of the spacer part. A base band process unit(136a) converts the RF signal into a base band signal. The base band process unit is jointed with the spacer part and mounted on the RF process unit. A metal layer is formed on a bottom surface of the base band process unit. A storage unit(134a) stores data for processing signals. The storage unit is joined to an upper side of the base band process unit. The metal layer is formed of at least one of Al, Cu, Ni, and Au. The metal layer is formed by applying at least one of sputtering, plating, and CVD(Chemical Vapor Deposition). |
