PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct an error added to an output signal of a sensor by an amplification circuit with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An output voltage of the amplification circuit is modeled by a linear function of an input voltage of the amplification circuit. The linear function of the input voltage of the amplification circuit is identified on the basis of A/D conversion values of an output voltage of first voltage generation means and of a voltage resulting from the amplification of the voltage by the amplification circuit, and A/D conversion values of an output voltage of second voltage generation means and of a voltage resulting from the amplification of the voltage by the amplification circuit. A microcomputer 9 adjusts the output voltage of the first voltage generation means such that the output voltage of the first voltage generation means 18 amplified by the amplification circuit 16 is within a voltage interval which can be input into an A/D converter 24 and is in the vicinity of a lower limit of the interval, and adjusts the output voltage of the second voltage generation means such that the output voltage of the second voltage generation means 19 amplified by the amplification circuit is within the voltage interval which can be input into the A/D converter and is in the vicinity of an upper limit of the interval. |
