PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a fine cellulose fiber inclusion sheet in which a fine cellulose fiber inclusion sheet having thickness can be produced by uniform thickness and by high yield.SOLUTION: A production method of a fine cellulose fiber inclusion sheet includes: a coating process in which a fine cellulose fiber inclusion fluid dispersion that includes a fine cellulose fiber having a number-average fiber width of 2-1,000 nm is coated on a processing base material; and a sheet forming process in which the fine cellulose fiber inclusion fluid dispersion on the processing base material is desiccated to form a fine cellulose fiber inclusion sheet, wherein the fine cellulose fiber inclusion fluid dispersion in which a cellulose fiber concentration is 1.5-7.5 mass%, and viscosity measured at 23°C using a Brookfield viscometer according to JIS K7117-1 is 300-30000 mPa s is used.
