PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic element mounting board having improved reliability of electronic elements mounted on-board, and an electronic device.SOLUTION: An electronic element mounting board 1 of the present invention comprises an insulating base 2 having an opening 3, and a connection electrode 5 provided on the surface of the insulating base 2 and used for connecting an electronic element. The insulating base 2 has, in the periphery of the opening 3 in plane perspective, a gradient part 2a inclined toward a side of the base on which side an electronic element 11 is disposed. The electronic element mounting board 1 has an auxiliary layer 4 provided on a side on the surface of the insulating base 2 on which side the electronic element 11 is disposed, and disposed in the periphery of the opening 3 of the insulating base 2. |
