PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle information use system and vehicle information use method for developing the new use field of vehicle information.SOLUTION: In a vehicle information use system 1, a vehicle side device 2 acquires vehicle information including information related to a user's operation performed with respect to vehicle equipment arranged in a vehicle from information to be exchanged between ECUs mounted on the vehicle and transmits the acquired vehicle information to an outside, i.e. a terminal device 3, and the terminal device 3 performs an application to be operated by reflecting a user's operation included in the vehicle information received from the vehicle side device 2 and notifies a user of the performance state.
