PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make appropriate the operation of a paper money processor by appropriately switching the achievement of an increase of a storage capacity and assurance of identifying accuracy and the avoidance of the deterioration of the skew state of paper money in the paper money processor (depositing/dispensing machine 1) including a roll-up type storage part (storage module 31).SOLUTION: A control part 513 of a paper money processor is configured to switch a first delivery mode in which paper money is delivered in a state that the delivery speed of paper money is equal to the conveyance speed of paper money on a conveyance path and a second delivery mode in which the paper money is delivered in a state that the delivery speed is lower than the conveyance speed in the case of delivering the paper money from a storage part.
