PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid state imaging device and an imaging apparatus, capable of accurately reading out light-receiving output even when the number of photoelectric conversion part is different for each pixel.SOLUTION: There is provided the solid state imaging device in which a first pixel having a first and a second photoelectric conversion parts, a second pixel having a third photoelectric conversion part, a third pixel having a fourth and a fifth photoelectric conversion parts and a fourth pixel having a sixth photoelectric conversion part are arranged in a line. The solid state imaging device includes: a first charge storage part; and a second charge storage part having almost the same electric capacity of the first charge storage part. The first charge storage part alternatively stores: a signal charge generated by the first photoelectric conversion part; a signal charge generated by the fourth photoelectric conversion part; and a signal charge generated by the sixth photoelectric conversion part, while the second charge storage part alternatively stores: a signal charge generated by the second photoelectric conversion part; a signal charge generated by the third photoelectric conversion part; and a signal charge generated by the fifth photoelectric conversion part. |
