PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently improve luminous efficiency while suppressing luminous loss caused by multistep excitation.SOLUTION: In a light-emitting device 10, an encapsulation resin body is separated into a resin body 5a and a resin body 5b. The resin body 5a contains a first phosphor of a shorter emission wavelength. On the other hand, the resin body 5b contains the first phosphor and a second phosphor of a longer emission wavelength.
