<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple chip resistor suitable for high breakdown voltage.SOLUTION: A first resistor 6 and a second resistor 7 are formed while being distributed to the upper and lower surfaces of an insulating base 2. A first extension 6a extending between the electrodes (front electrodes 3) of the second resistor 7 on the lower surface side is formed in the first resistor 6 on the upper surface side. A second extension 7a extending between the electrodes (back electrodes 4) of the first resistor 6 on the upper surface side is formed in the second resistor 7 on the lower surface side.</p> |
