<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide an electric vehicle to a charging facility which is estimated to require minimum time to start charging.SOLUTION: A charger management system includes: a charging facility having a control apparatus for controlling a charger of an electric vehicle, and a user facility not for charging, accompanying the charger; and an information management device which manages information on the control apparatus and information transmitted to/from a navigation device of the traveling electric vehicle. The information management device includes: a congestion value calculation part which specifies the user facility on the basis of position-time information of a mobile terminal of a user who uses the charger, specifies stay time of the user facility on the basis of the specified user facility and personal information of the user using the charger, and corrects a congestion value of the charger in the charging facility according to the stay time; and a recommended charging facility specifying part which specifies a recommended charging facility to be provided to the navigation device, on the basis of estimated waiting time according to the corrected congestion value and distance to empty of the traveling electric vehicle, which is acquired from the navigation device.</p> |
