PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dew condensation of a dish and a packaging bag and dryness of a culture medium when a dish storing a culture medium such as a vegetable gelatin culture medium is included in a packaging bag and then is distributed and stored, in the packaging bag for a culture medium.SOLUTION: The packaging bag for a culture medium is formed of a plastic film. The film is formed of at least polyester resin film, the polyester resin has amorphous or low crystalline property and the film has steam permeability of 20 to 80 g/mper day at 40°C and 90% RH.
