PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crosslinked cyclic olefin resin film which contains a crosslinked cyclic olefin resin and is excellent in adhesiveness with a metal material.SOLUTION: A crosslinked cyclic olefin resin film is obtained by applying a polymerizable composition which contains (a) 100 pts.mass of a cyclic olefin monomer, (b) 0.3 to 130 pts.mass of a petroleum resin and (c) a ring-opening metathesis polymerization catalyst onto a substrate, followed by metathesis polymerization, and then peeling the resulting film-like polymer from the substrate and subjecting the surface to corona treatment.
