The present invention relates to a sound conversion device and, more specifically, to a sound conversion device with a ventilation structure obtaining a maximum passage for air flowing in from the inside and outside of the sound conversion device. The sound conversion device with a ventilation structure of the present invention comprises a frame; a magnetic circuit installed in the frame; a voice coil receiving an electric signal and vibrating with mutual electromagnetic force with the magnetic circuit; a vibration plate vibrating with the vibration of the voice coil and generating a sound; and a ventilation hole adjacent to an edge of the frame to enable the ventilation of air between the inside and the outside of the frame.
