Disclosed is a method of allowing a base station to transmit a downlink control channel in a wireless communication system. To be specific, the method includes a step of separating at least one source block into a predetermined number of subsets; a step of configuring a source allocation basic unit for the downlink control channel as one subset included in each of the at least one source block; a step of setting the source allocation basic unit corresponding to the aggregation level of the downlink control channel as a transmission source; and a step of transmitting the downlink control channel to a terminal by using the transmission source.
