PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analysis device capable of effectively cleaning a surface of an examination container even in a case where a structure whose width relative to a radial direction of a reaction line is larger than the examination container is arranged between the examination containers.SOLUTION: An automatic analysis device includes: an examination container for accommodating a sample; transport means for transporting plural examination containers along a given path, the containers arranged along the given path; a constant temperature tank for accommodating a liquid held at a constant temperature and immersing the examination containers in the liquid that is held at the constant temperature; and a brush for pressure-contacting outer walls of the examination containers arranged in the given path.
