<p>The present invention relates to a virtual input device and an input method for a home network terminal and, more specifically, a device and a method for inputting a subject command by changing an image at a virtual key position with a virtual hand displayed on a monitor by outputting the image with the virtual hand on the monitor and photographing and analyzing hand operations of a user separated from the monitor. The virtual input device of the home network terminal in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention comprises the monitor outputting the image of the home network terminal; a camera module photographing a control operation of the user who is far away from the monitor at a real time; and a control unit displaying the virtual hand on the image by analyzing the control operation photographed in the camera module and determining the input of a command through a virtual key by obtaining a change rate of image information at the virtual key position in case the virtual key to input the command is included to perform a certain function on the image. The control unit also performs the function of the virtual key in case the input is determined through the input of the command.</p> |
