The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for manufacturing an integrated touchscreen panel for correcting a position of cover glass of each cell unit. An apparatus for manufacturing an integrated touchscreen panel by forming a pattern in cover glass of a cell unit, according to the present invention, includes: a placing groove to which cover glass of a cell unit is inserted and supported so that a surface on which a pattern is to be formed is exposed; a jig provided with a position correcting hole and perforated to communicate with the placing groove; and a position correcting stage for moving the cover glass of the cell unit through the position correcting hole to thereby perform position correction. According to the apparatus and method for manufacturing an integrated touchscreen panel of the present invention, the position of cover glass of each cell unit is performed before a process, so that a defect caused by misalignment can be prevented.
