The present invention relates to a food rotating roaster, and more specifically, to a food rotating roaster which comprises a gas burner in which a a net plate is installed thereon and comprising a heating unit filled with barely stones thereby emitting far-infrared radiation; and a rotation type skewer installing device separately provided with the heating plate and which a plurality of skewer installing rods are rotating along with the earth′s revolution and rotation. By placing the rotation type skewer installing device close to the heating unit and attaching skewers with food on the skewer installing rods, skewer parts are located on the heating plate thereby receiving both far-infrared radiation supplied from the heating plate and heat of the gas burner and alternately receiving high heat and low heat so as to roast the food. |
