An air vent port 32 and a drain port 33 are formed in the valve element attachment pipe 3. An air vent port opening and closing part 41 for opening and closing the air vent port 32 and a drain port opening and closing part 42 for opening and closing the drain port 33 are integrally formed in the valve element 4, and opening and closing of the air vent port 32 by the air vent port opening and closing part 41 and opening and closing of the drain port 33 by the drain port opening and closing part 42 can be carried out by operating one valve element operation part 46 formed on the valve element 4. |
