摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear medicine diagnosis device, an image processing device and an image processing program that can generate an attenuation coefficient map having an appropriate shape.SOLUTION: The nuclear medicine diagnosis device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a contour setting part 36; an attenuation map generation part 37; an image generation part 34; and an attenuation map evaluation part 38. The contour setting part 36 sets a contour of a head on the basis of a nuclear medicine image of the head. The attenuation map generation part 37 generates an attenuation coefficient map having the contour set. The image generation part 34 generates the nuclear medicine image of the head and generates a map overlapping image that has the attenuation coefficient map and the nuclear medicine image of the head overlapped. The attenuation map evaluation part 38 calculates an index value for evaluating appropriateness of a contour shape set on the basis of the map overlapping image and causes a display part 22 to display the calculated index value.
