PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a musical sound generation instruction device, a musical sound generation instruction method, and a program which enable a user to perform trial performance without performing troublesome operations such as insertion/extraction of an earphone or headphone jack nor annoying people around him or her.SOLUTION: A depression operation on one of a plurality of keys provided correspondingly to pitches of musical sounds to be generated is detected, and a depression detection signal corresponding to the key on which depression operation has been detected is outputted to a first output terminal. Meanwhile, a touch operation on one of a plurality of touch switches 11 which are provided on top surfaces of respective keys to detect touch operations on the top surfaces of the keys, is detected, and a touch detection signal corresponding to the touch switch on which the touch operation has been detected is outputted to a second output terminal. |
