PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new nucleic acid extraction apparatus.SOLUTION: A nucleic acid extraction apparatus according to the present invention includes a nucleic acid extraction device which comprises: a tube provided with therein in this order a first plug formed of a first oil, a second plug formed of a first cleaning liquid which phase-separates from oil and is for cleaning a nucleic acid-binding solid phase carrier to which a nucleic acid has bonded, a third plug formed of a second oil, a fourth plug formed of a reverse transcription reaction liquid which phase-separates from oil and carries out a reverse transcription reaction, a fifth plug formed of a third oil, a sixth plug formed of an elute which phase-separates from oil and elutes the nucleic acid from the nucleic acid-binding solid phase carrier to which the nucleic acid has bonded, and a seventh plug formed of a fourth oil; and a tank for introducing the nucleic acid-binding solid phase carrier to the tube. The nucleic acid extraction apparatus further comprises a magnetic force application device for applying a magnetic force to the tube. |
