PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for in-situ measurement of saturated hydraulic conductivity of sediment under a water-sediment interface with high reliability.SOLUTION: The instrument for in-situ measurement of saturated hydraulic conductivity includes: a chamber which is fixedly installed on a streambed and is filled with a medium; first and second hydraulic head-measuring lines which are respectively connected to upper and lower ends of an outer circumferential edge of the chamber so that a water head difference in the chamber can be measured; a connection line which has one end connected to the chamber; and a storage pipe which has one end fixed to the streambed and is installed apart from the chamber and has the other end of the connection line connected thereto and is used to regulate a hydraulic head difference from the chamber and to measure a quantity and a flow rate of water introduced from the chamber on the streambed.
