PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board member which prevents such a situation that a volatile organic compound (VOC) is released into a skin material side even if the volatile organic compound is generated from a board substrate, and can maintain quality.SOLUTION: The board member comprises: a board substrate 21 containing a vegetable fiber; a skin material 23 for covering one face 21A of the board substrate 21; a water resistant layer 32 that exists between the board substrate 21 and the skin material 23; a board substrate side adhesion layer 43 that exists between the water resistant layer 32 and the board substrate 21, and bonds the water resistant layer 32 and the board substrate 21; and a skin material side adhesion layer 45 that exists between the water resistant layer 32 and the skin material 23, and bonds the water resistant layer 32 and the skin material 23. A melting point of the board substrate side adhesion layer 43 is set so as to be lower than a melting point of the water resistant layer 32, and an adsorbent is contained in the board substrate side adhesion layer 43. |
