PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint in which fine particles do not occur even in a case of repeating of attaching and detaching.SOLUTION: A pipe joint 1 includes: first and second joint member 2, 3 having fluid passages 2a, 3a communicating with each other; an annular gasket 4 interposed between abutment end surfaces of the joint members 2, 3; and a nut 6 connecting the joint member 2, 3 to each other. An inner surface treatment layer 30 is provided in the nut 6. The inner surface treatment layer 30 comprises an alloy film of Co (cobalt) and P (phosphorus) provided in the inner surface of the nut 6, and a fluorine coating provided on the surface of the alloy film. |
