It is determined in which of a valid state in which the second input means 300 is operable in an unchanged manner and an invalid state in which the second input means 300 is incapable of being operated in an unchanged manner the second input means 300 is. In a case where the second input means 300 is determined to be in the valid state, first input means is disabled, one setting value inputting area is set to be in a selected state, and the selected state is displayed.
