<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container lined with synthetic resin, which is completely coated with synthetic resin without air reservoir in the inner surface of the container by discharging the air holding in the container and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A container lined with synthetic resin includes: a closed-end cylindrical body having an opening part at a neck part; an air discharge means layer provided on the inner surface wall of the closed-end cylindrical body for discharging the gas in the interior to the outside; and a resin coated body layer closely adhering to the inner surface wall to be coated with the air discharge means layer sandwiched from inside. According to a method of manufacturing a container lined with synthetic resin, the air discharge means layer for releasing the air is applied to the closed-end cylindrical body inner surface wall, a parison whose lower part is closed is hung down from the opening part of the neck part to the bottom, an air injection needle is inserted from the upper part of the parison whose upper part is closed to inject the air, the air in the interior of the cylindrical body is discharged to the outside through the air discharge means layer to form a synthetic resin coated body layer closely adhering to the inner surface wall with the air discharge means layer sandwiched therebetween.</p> |
