A method for activation of soil microbiota of root zone of plants in conditions of organic farming, comprising preplant bacterization of seeds of agricultural crops with microorganisms with agronomically useful properties, differing in that for bacterization of seeds aqueous suspension of pure bacterial culture Bacillus sp. st. 531 is applied, which is used in conditions of growing plants on the same soils, from which the strain is extracted.
