An electrostatic method for nondestructive control includes generation of electrostatic field through supply of reference signal with given frequency to one pair of electrodes, recording of induced charge by means of other measuring electrodes, and multiplication of reference and measured signals followed by scanning, processing and visualization of the results on the screen. Scanning of the control object takes place by two axes. The measured signal is determined as difference of output signals of the first and second pairs of measuring electrodes. |
