PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container having attitude stability in conveying the container, and the bottom of which has good mechanical strength so that even in heating, the base is not softened, and suitable for recycling, and a method of manufacturing the container.SOLUTION: A container 1 for liquid food includes: a bottom 3 made of thermoplastic material; a body 2 made of paper packaging laminated material; and an apex. The container includes: the body formed by cutting a web-like paper base material with a pleat line to be a sleeve by a vertical seal; the bottom part formed by injection molding using thermoplastic material at one opening end 2a of the sleeve; and the apex sealed by folding the other opening part along the pleat line. The bottom is formed like a plate-like shape, the lower end of the body is opposite to the base through a thin film 3b, and the bottom is formed of heat resisting thermoplastic material. |
