PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device having a high reading speed with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A flash memory activates a sense amplifier 17 after pre-charging nodes N3 and N4 to a power supply voltage VDD; holds signals appearing at the nodes N3 and N4, in a register 50; brings a transistor 23 or 33 into conduction by output signals OCD1 and OCD2 of the register 50; and connects a constant current source 26 or 36 for offset compensation to the node N1 or N2. This allows an offset voltage of the sense amplifier 17 to be compensated with a simple configuration. |
