Disclosed is a tension guide system for controlling the position of a sheet type element of a roller-to-roller system capable of precisely controlling the position of the sheet type element (fabric). The tension guide system according to the present invention which presses and transfers the sheet type element between upper and lower rollers includes pressing members which generate transferring tension of the sheet type element by respectively pressing one end or both ends of the upper roller; a fabric position detecting sensor which detects the position when proceeding the sheet type element; a tension control device which controls tension applied on the sheet type element by separately operating the pressing members installed on both ends of the roller; and a controller which controls the tension control device to press both ends of the upper roller according preset tension corresponding to a separation angle and direction of the sheet type element when the fabric position detecting sensor senses the separation of the sheet type element from the position. Therefore, the present invention can extend a replacement period and reduces the number of processes as the rollers are worn less than an existing method which controls a roller by twisting, thereby having an effect on reducing producing costs for a product. |
