PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image data formation system capable of adding advertisement information desired by a transmission side or a reception side to image data.SOLUTION: The image data formation system includes: comparison means for comparing a condition of advertisement information desired by a transmission side for transmitting image data with a condition of advertisement information desired by a reception side for receiving image data; acquisition means for acquiring advertisement information from an advertisement server; and formation means for forming image data to which advertisement information corresponding to a condition of the advertisement information which satisfies both of the condition of the transmission side and the condition of the reception side is added.
