<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent trouble, etc. in a battery stack.SOLUTION: A power storage system is configured with a plurality of power storage stacks, and also has: a voltage monitoring device for detecting the voltage of the power storage stacks, to which device is inputted each potential at opposite ends of cathode and anode of the power storage stacks via a detection line; a current breaker removably provided in a current path between the power storage stacks connected in series and used for breaking the current path as the breaker is removed from the current path; and a controller for controlling charging and discharging of the power storage stacks. The voltage monitoring device is provided with a first detection line and a second detection line connected respectively to a first terminal and a second terminal at opposite ends of a first power storage stack, and a third detection line connected to the current path on a second power storage stack side connecting with the second terminal of the first power storage stack via the current breaker. The controller controls not to charge or discharge the power storage stack on the basis of the voltage of the first power storage stack detected via the first detection line and the third detection line.</p> |
