PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content acquisition device and program capable of performing marking to content to be acquired and performing content acquisition processing corresponding to the marking.SOLUTION: A content acquisition device includes: an acquisition unit for acquiring content; a recognition unit for recognizing at least two kinds of bookmark instructions when the acquisition unit acquires the content; and a control unit for giving a bookmark to be a marker in reproducing the content to the content acquired by the acquisition unit at a corresponding time when a first bookmark instruction is recognized by the recognition unit, giving the bookmark to the content acquired by the acquisition unit at a corresponding time when a second bookmark instruction is recognized by the recognition unit, and switching the operation modes of the acquisition unit.
