The present invention relates to a method for obtaining a gonocyte of a mammal. The present invention provides the method for obtaining a gonocyte of a mammal by which a testis cell separated from a testicle of a pig is cultured at low temperatures of 30-40°C to establish and obtain a spermatogonial stem cell. Thereby, not only the spermatogonial stem cell can be separated and refined in an easy manner but also the separated spermatogonial stem cell can be cultured for a long period and maintain a high survival rate in vitro at the same time.
