METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF VIRULENCE OF PATHOGENS OF ANIMAL DERMATOMYCOSES

摘要

A method for the determination of virulence of strains of pathogens of animal dermatomycoses is based on application of scarified skin of animals at determination of pathogeneity of dermatophytes grown on dense nutrient medium. The culture of dermatophyte is applied directly to macerated skin of young immature animals.
