PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible substrate which can be folded easily.SOLUTION: A signal line 20 is provided in a dielectric body 12. A protective layer 14 is provided on the surface of the dielectric body 12. In the plan view from the z-axis direction, the dielectric body 12 is used while being folded at a crest line L2 for the rear face of the dielectric body 12 crossing the signal line 20, and at a valley line L1 for the rear face of the dielectric body 12 crossing the signal line 20. In the plan view from the z-axis direction, the protective layer 14 is provided at a position overlapping the crest line L2, but not provided at a position overlapping the valley line L1. |
