PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect dew condensation on fruits with more reliability in advance.SOLUTION: A prevention sensor S1 for dew condensation on fruits is provided, the sensor comprising: a simulation portion 2 that can become dew condensed prior to the dew condensation on the fruits; and sensor portions (10, 30, 32) that can detect the condition of the simulation portion 2 as to whether the simulation portion 2 has been dew condensed or in a dew condensable state. The thermal capacity of the simulation portion 2 is greater than that of the fruits, and the thermal conductivity of the simulation portion 2 is equal to or less than that of the fruits. |
