PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device for a rolling bearing which permits a lower torque while securing a required interference.SOLUTION: An opening part of an annular space between an outer circumferential surface of an inner ring raceway shoulder part 12 and an inner circumferential surface of an outer ring raceway shoulder part 22 of a rolling bearing is tightly sealed with a sealing member 50. The sealing member 50 has: a fixation part 61 which is press-fitted and fixed to the side of either one of the outer circumferential surface of the inner ring raceway shoulder part 12 and the inner circumferential surface of the outer ring raceway shoulder part 22; and a seal lip 70 made of elastomer brought into sliding contact with the side of the other raceway shoulder part. The seal lip 70 includes: a thin thickness part 75 which is extended in a radial direction in a straight line shape with a first round part 73 to the bearing outer side from a base 71 of the seal lip, the whole of the straight line part 74 being formed in a thin thickness shape, and can be elastically flexure-deformed; and a seal part 77 which is extended in an axial direction with a second round part 76 to the bearing outer side from the tip of the thin thickness part 75 and causes one side of the tip part to come into sliding contact with the circumferential surface of the other raceway shoulder part. |
