An electronic high-capacity energy storage relates to electronics and can be used in various branches of industry. The electronic high-capacity energy storage comprises a container for location of positive and negative electrodes and an active mass comprising a sheet metallic material connected to a negative electrode, onto one of surfaces of which a semiconductor is applied, having rough/sponged large structure. The active mass is made as a roll wounded around the positive electrode, or made as plates series or parallel connected. The positive electrode is in a contact with the semiconductor. The structure of at least one surface of the negative electrode material is rough/sponged or on both sides. The technical result is growth of capacity, power and efficiency of the storage. |
