摘要 The invention relates to finishing surfaces of metal articles and welded joints, which are subject to a significant alternating load. An ultrasonic percussion tool comprises a housing with a handle coated with vibration-proof coating. Using sliding guides with possibility of movement along a housing limited by a pin a barrel is located, at one end of which a head with movable impact elements is located, which is fixed relative to the barrel with possibility of rapid removal, and at the other end an electrical cable of the generator of ultrasonic vibrations is located. Inside the barrel with an annular slit gap and in acoustically uncoupled manner an ultrasonic vibration drive of reciprocating movement is located which is formed by a piezoelectric transducer with a frequency-reducing plates, one of which is integrally formed with a vibrational velocity transformer, which has inlet and outlet working ends. The outlet working end interacts with the movable impact elements of head and is made of hard alloy. The barrel is mounted in the housing with possibility of elastic compression of the impact elements to the working surface. The temperature of the heat exchange surface and barrel position relative to the housing is controlled by transducers. The barrel is made ​​of sealed non-magnetic material and the vibrational velocity transformer is provided with holes sealed relative to the inner cavity of the barrel and connected together in the area of ​​the inlet end of the vibrational velocity transformer with possibility of penetration of water therein. The position sensor relative to the housing with handle is made ​​in the form of three permanent magnets, one of which is slidably placed in the sealed nonmagnetic barrel with possibility of interaction with an elastic element of switch, and the two other are fixedly arranged in the housing, while one of them in the inoperative initial position is located opposite the magnet in barrel and is turned to it by like pole, and the second one is mounted in the direction of barrel motion and turned to the magnet in barrel by the opposite pole. The tool is fully sealed, so is safe during operation under the water, has a reliable on-off system and efficient cooling system, which will enable the operator-diver to carry out effective and high-quality long-term impact surface treatment of parts without loss of time for periodical forced cooling the tool.
