METHOD OF MAGNETIC-PULSE ATTRACTION OF METAL WORKPIECES

摘要

A method of magnetic-pulse treatment of metal workpieces by attraction to the inductor consists in regulation of their deformation by action of a pulsed magnetic field by placing between a metal object and a metal screen of additional materials and thereby changing induction of the inductor and amplitude of excited currents, while piezoelectric and elastic materials are used as additional materials, and the outputs of piezoelectric through a transducer are connected to the voltage circuit of inductor as a feedback, wherein the change in pressure on the piezoelectrics resulting in changes in the shape of metal workpiece is transferred through the elastic material.
