Provided are a gift voucher service system and a method. In the system of the present invention, when a gift voucher issuing application is executed in a terminal, the terminal device accesses a gift voucher service through the gift voucher issuing application to receive information on a specific gift voucher issued from the gift voucher service. When the terminal device and a gift voucher card come within a predetermined short distance through a specific wireless communications scheme, the terminal device stores the gift voucher information in the gift voucher card through the wireless communications scheme. Accordingly, a user can enjoy the gift voucher issuing/using/presenting environments with convenience regardless of places or times. |
